The Joan Rose Foundation was created in order to help give children born into poverty a chance at success in life. We currently have one development program in the Dominican Republic, which is attended by 65 children. The children receive lunch, clothing, medicine, education and supervision by responsible adults. Our goal is to improve these children's health, education and prospects in life.
